Halloween & Costume Items: 

ALL HALLOWEEN COSTUMES, COSTUME ACCESSORIES, AND SEASONAL HALLOWEEN ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.

Halloween and costume merchandise is not eligible for cancellation, return, refund, or exchange, including purchases made before or during the Halloween season.
